Yvonne Nelson shares death threat message on instagram...

The Ghanaian actress posted a screenshot of a message she received warning her that someone in the entertainment industry wants her dead. (Yeah, instagram is where you report death threats.) Unfortunately a lot of folks didn't believe her. They feel she sent the message to herself to get attention. See their replies after the cut.. Namibia's Dillish Pearl Mathews has won the Big Brother Africa (BBA) reality TV show and will smile home with the $300,000 prize money.

In a finale of many shocks and twists, the undergraduate from Windhoek beat five other housemates who made the grand finale of the show.

Dillish Mathews, who finished in second place in a Miss Universities pageant held in Benin, Nigeria, was saved five times from possible eviction by Africa. She never won a Head of House (HoH) task nor any 'Power of No' over the 13-week period of the show. Five countries: Angola, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania and Uganda voted to ensure Dillish's triumph.

Nigeria's Melvin Oduah, the man touted by many to win, in a shocking twist, finished a distant third runner-up spot. He could only secure Nigeria and the Rest of Africa's country votes. Beverly Ada Osu, the other Nigerian in the finale, got the Ethiopian's vote to finish just behind Melvin in 5th place.

Dillish had promised to buy a house so she can live together with her siblings like real family if she won the $300,000 prize money.

I don't really watch that thing... One time I tuned in and I saw them sleeping and snoring...

Nigeria: Boy Hides Inside Plane's Wheel From Benin to Lagos

The 14 year old boy who beat airline and airport security at Benin airport on Saturday August 24th and flew in the tyre hole of a Lagos-bound Arik plane actually thought he was on his way to the US.

Sources at Benin Airport said Daniel Ikehina ran away from home because he was being maltreated and was trying to escape from his parents when he joined the Arik flight. Unfortunately for him the plane wasn't flying to the US, it was flying to Lagos where the stowaway was immediately arrested as he alighted from the wheel well of the aircraft. Daniel is presently in the custody of the State Security Service (SSS) who are trying to unravel how he managed to pull off such a stunt.

Arik Air quoted the control tower as telling the Captain that they were sending security men to arrest the boy and cleared him for take-off. Before take-off that he noticed a boy in the bush about 200 - 300 meters at the end of runway.

The passengers on the flight told Sunday Vanguard that they heard a loud noise as if tyres crushed somebody on the ground as the plane took off from the Benin-City airport.

Arik Air managing director, Mr. Chris Ndulue, described the incident as security breach.
